Miguel Molina (Audi Sport Team Abt Sportline) set the best time in free practice DTM on the Hungaroring. With a lap completed in 1'37"558, the Spaniard was only 28 thousandths ahead of the BMW M4 of Marco Wittmann (BMW Team RMG). Timo Glock (BMW Team MTEK) follows in third place, three tenths behind. Nico Müller (Audi Sport Team Rosberg), Augusto Farfus (BMW Team RBM) and Championship leader Mike Rockenfeller (Audi Sport Team Phoenix) are also less than half a second behind. Adrien Tambay (Audi Sport Team Abt) set the tenth time, six tenths off the benchmark. The first one Mercedes is only in 15th place with Robert Wickens (Free man's world Mercedes AMG).
