The Frenchman will be appointed director of operations for the Sports division from July 1 and will have to manage “the coordination and integration of the activities of all sports and support functions. »

Peugeot appoints François Wales

In the wake of the FIA's confirmation, Peugeot announced the name of Bruno Famin's replacement at the head of the sports division, in the person of François Wales, until then in charge of the development of PSA Motorsport customer competition cars. as well as that of the “Peugeot Sport Engineered” range of electrified sports vehicles.

 

 

Present at PSA since 1989, François Wales has been with PSA Motorsport since 2018. “For the past year we have been developing a new and broad range of high-performance, low-emission electrified sports vehicles for the Peugeot brand, as well as a new 208 R2 for motorsport customers. » comments the new manager.
