The Andros Trophy returns to Isola 2000

It's recovery time for the competitors of the Andros Trophy with the fourth round of the 2015 edition, contested on the route of Isola 2000 in the Alpes-Maritimes. Leader of the general classification after his double success at Alpe d'Huez on the weekend of December 21, Toulouse Jean-Philippe Dayraut (Mazda) will seek to consolidate its leadership. Olivier panis (Toyota), deuxième à 31 points et Jean-Baptiste Dubourg (Renault Clio) third with 44 points complete the top three at the start of the second half of the calendar.

“I feel better than at the start of the season despite my victories in Val Thorens and Andorra. This weekend I really wanted to reach a technical milestone. Now that I know the car much better, we will be able to re-attack the second half of the season in better conditions and in a comfortable position. » indicated Dayraut at the end of the previous round. The 45-year-old driver has also reached the milestone of 50 victories in the Trophy and also dominated the Isola 2000 meeting in 2014.

The first runs will begin tomorrow at 14:30 p.m. with the Warm-up.
