Did you expect the figure of 14 cars for the 2022 season?

It is a surprise. The context is difficult to project into the future, but I think the teams understood that this required this kit. In the end, we got a few more than we expected. We started with a range of 10-12 cars and we have 14. That's good for a first year.

Is this figure likely to change?

This is difficult as the kits are already ordered. If a team arrives later, it will be forced to join the championship during the season due to long delivery times. We cannot exclude that teams, wanting to prepare for 2023, arrive in the middle of the year.

How is the wait for this new era going?

There is a lot of excitement. This is a project I've been working on for three years. We had a first idea of electric with the RX2e this year. There are superb races and above all a different reading of the Rallycross. You can hear when a driver accelerates or not, whoever squeals his tires the most. Certainly there is no noise, but we understand much more what is happening. We can't wait to show it to the general public.
