RallycrossRX – Volkswagen partner of Marklund Motorsport

At the top on the roads of the World Rally Championship WRC with the Polo R WRC and Sébastien Ogier, Volkswagen Motorsport has just announced its arrival in RallycrossRX as a partner of the Swedish team Marklund Motorsport. It is with a Polo RX Supercar that the Global champion Rallycross Challenge 2013, Toomas Heikkinen and Anton Marklund will take part in the new FIA championship this season. “Rallycross is attracting more and more attention in Europe and abroad and it is one of the fastest growing motorsport disciplines. » explains Volkswagen Motorsport director Jost Capito. “The races are short, the cars are spectacular and almost look like production models.
