World RX – Nitiss returns with Olsbergs MSE in Spain

Reinis Nitiss wasted no time, and will find a team he knows well to compete in the Catalan meeting in Barcelona on September 17 and 18. The Latvian, who confirmed that he would not continue at the wheel of the Seat Ibiza developed by the Münnich Motorsport team after the Lohéac event in Brittany (September 3-4), will evolve on a Ford Fiesta Supercar from the Olsbergs MSE team, the team he frequented in 2014 and 2015, with a victory in Norway in 2014.

“I am pleased to have been able to reach a rapid agreement with Olsbergs MSE, specifies Nitiss. I know the team and the car very well. Of course, it will be difficult to change cars mid-season, but I will do my best in Spain to achieve the best possible result. »

Only the Barcelona event remains affected by this agreement for the moment, but Reinis Nitiss had already confirmed that he would take part in his home race in Riga (October 1-2). The continuation of its collaboration with Olsbergs MSE could then materialize.
