Johan Kristoffersson (Volkswagen Polo) won the third qualifying round of the World RX in Trois-Rivières (Canada) by setting the best time ahead of Sébastien Loeb (Peugeot 208) and Mattias Ekström (Audi S1). Toomas Heikkinen (Audi S1) and Andreas Bakkerud (Ford Focus RS) complete the top five ahead of Timmy Hansen (208), winner of Race 1.
Timur Timerzyanov (Ford Fiesta) finished seventh ahead of Petter Solberg (DS 3) after the two drivers collided in the last race.
The three-time world champion took revenge by winning Q4 ahead of Ken Block and Mattias Ekström, while Timur Timerzyanov and Timmy Hansen completed the top five. Sébastien Loeb only set the 12th fastest time following contact with Toomas Heikkinen in 15th.
The disqualified are René Münnich (Seat Ibiza), Niclas Grönholm (Fiesta), Robin Larsson (Audi A1) and Janis Baumanis (Fiesta) who pays his exclusion in Q3 for his contact with Kevin Eriksson (Fiesta).
