Stephane Peterhansel continues its domination over the Silk Road Rally in China. The Frenchman, co-driven by Jean-Paul Cottret, signed his fourth consecutive stage victory by setting the best time over the 202 km of timed sections on the day's program at the wheel of the Peugeot 2008 DKR.

Behind Peterhansel, Cyril Despres and David Castera conceded a little more than 3′ but once again consolidated their second place in the general classification. The former sporting director of the Dakar is also continuing his apprenticeship as a co-driver. “I'm always a little stressed at the idea of ​​wasting Cyril's time, but little by little, we're finding our feet. The automatisms with the car but also between Cyril and I are starting to come. »
