Rally-Raid – Peterhansel consolidates his lead at the Silk Road Rally

After the cancellation of yesterday's stage due to "communication problems" according to the organization, the competitors returned to the road on the Silk Road Rally in China for the fourth stage between Alxa Zuoqi and Eji Naqi.

At the end of the 159 km of timed sections, the stage returned to Stéphane Peterhansel and Jean-Paul Cottret on Peugeot DKR2008, present in 2015 + version on this event. If Christian Lavieille places his Haval in second position, the good operation of the day can be attributed to Cyril Despres and his co-pilot David Castera, fourth, who move up to second position overall, 10'23 behind Peterhansel.
