On the Interlagos stock exchange, chances of Sebastian Vettel at the end of the first lap which the person concerned had completed in 22nd and last place. Victim of the most improbable of scenarios, living a waking nightmare, the championship leader found himself in the opposite direction of the track, facing his destiny. Before his startled eyes, the platoon had appeared which, miraculously, had managed to avoid him. Sent head to tail by the Williams by Bruno Senna, the RB8 with its bruised left side – flat bottom and damaged exhaust – then continued on its way, but with much less efficiency.
