ELMS - AF Corse announces a first trio

AF Corse will once again be present in force in the ACO Endurance Championships. After formalizing its WEC starters yesterday, the Italian team revealed one of its trios entered in ELMS.

With no less than seven Ferrari 458 Italia entered, three GTEs and four GT3s, AF Corse is unsurprisingly the team best represented in European Le Mans Series. Also present in WEC (see here), the Amato Ferrari troops will not be idle in 2015. Thus, the day after the publication of the entry lists for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, riding a WEC and ELMS, the Piacenza team has revealed the identity of the three drivers who will drive the car bearing the number 64, entered in the GTC category.

Outgoing Blancpain Champion Endurance Series in the Gentlemen Trophy category, the Portuguese Francisco Guedes will be supported by his compatriot Filipe Barreiros, well known from AF Corse, and the Dane Mads Rasmussen, the latter two having also featured in the series organized by SRO.

The crews of the other cars should be announced shortly.
