GT Tour / ELMS – Mike Parisy continues with Loeb Racing

It's at the wheel of the new weapon of the Loeb Racing, the Audi R8 LMS ultra, which Mike Parisy will drive in 2014 both in the French GT Championship and in ELMS, where he joins Henri Hassid (a third driver remains to be confirmed). “After my title in 2009 (in GT3 in France, Editor’s note), I opted for international programs, but the offensive put in place by Sébastien Loeb Racing convinced me to return to France, explains Parisy. My ambition is clearly to aim for the title. Between the car, the drivers who should accompany me and the qualities of the team, we have many assets. It's been a while since I've ridden on the French circuits, but I'm very motivated and determined to achieve excellent results. Our first tests went perfectly. My presence in ELMS is part of a double logic: that of an international program, but also the preparation of a project Le Mans for the 2015/2016 horizon, confides the Palois. My goal is to gain even more experience in this type of racing and with the team. We will have a strong trio and, as the team slogan suggests, the objective is to go as high as possible as quickly as possible. We want to play at the forefront. The Audi is efficient and reliable, and I have a very good feeling behind the wheel. Running a double program will allow me to fully acclimatize to this new car. »

For Dominique Heintz, Team Principal of Sébastien Loeb Racing, Parisy was a logical choice. ?We discovered Mike last year and our collaboration was very positive. Its speed but also its regularity are no longer in doubt. His understanding with our technical team is perfect, he has already been crowned in France, and he has experience at the international level. He therefore has many qualities and we are counting on him a lot for our two GT programs. He shares the same rage to win as the entire team. »
