A virtual race on iRacing will be organized on the Sebring track around the IMSA championship. The entry list shows a good number of official drivers.

IMSA turns to Esports with a race at Sebring

Like most championships during this period of confinement linked to the coronavirus pandemic, theIMSA will rely on Esport to continue its activities.

It is via the iRacing platform, one of the most advanced and popular simulations among gamers, that many real drivers will compete for victory in a race organized on the Sebring track this Saturday.

Only GTEs will be used for the occasion, and competitors like Joao Barbosa (Ferrari 488), Antonio Felix da Costa (Porsche 911 RSR), Harry Tincknell (Ford GT), Mirko Bortolotti (Porsche 911 RSR), Matt Campbell (Porsche 911 RSR), Nick Catsburg, Bruno Spengler and Jesse Krohn (BMW M8), but also the big names of theIndyCar Colton Herta or Santino Ferrucci (BMW M8) will be there.

The French will not be left out with Alex Prémat (BMW M8) and Tristan Vautier (BMW M8) who will defend our colors alongside the real drivers.
