Louis Delétraz wins the SRO E-Sport GT Series

Louis Delétraz already has a Grand Touring title in 2020. The Swiss did not wait to return to the circuits to win the coronation in an SRO badge championship, even if it is… virtual.

On his Porsche 911 GT3 R du GPX Racing, l’ancien adepte de la Single seat won the 2020 SRO E-Sport GT Series at the end of the Kyalami final this Sunday, June 21. Contested on the PC Assetto Corsa Competizione simulation, this competition was played over five rounds.

It was not until the last rounds of the final that Louis Delétraz was assured of the title. Very regular (in points during each event) and fast (winner of the penultimate meeting in Barcelona), the winner of the Virtual 24 Hours of Le Mans with Rebellion Williams Esports withstood the pressure to finish third in the race.

The Italian simracer Luigi Di Lorenzo (Aston Martin) took the opportunity to cross the finish line first, only six tenths ahead of professional Jordan Pepper (Bentley).
