The first Darwin event postponed for a week

Two meetings were scheduled at the Darwin track in the revamped Australian Supercars calendar, with the first at the Northern Territory state complex expected this weekend.

But the latest developments in the face of the coronavirus pandemic have forced the promoter of the series and the local authorities to postpone this first weekend to August 15 and 16.

In fact, the second meeting on the menu, the CoreStaff Darwin SuperSprint scheduled for August 15 and 16, is postponed to an undefined date, placing the Townsville SuperSprint in the state of Queensland as the next round for the competitors.
