Denny Hamlin wins an incredibly open race marked by more than 38 lead changes, an all-time record for a 400-mile race.
- William Byron after being 2 laps behind!
- At the green light, Ross Chastain quickly took control while pole-sitter Byron came close to being penalized by going into an interminable slide. He disturbed Larson who released his effort and was taken out by Tyler Redick. No damage for the 3 but Larson found himself at the back of the pack.
- Denny Hamlin won the 1st segment but all eyes were on Kyle Larson who gained 26 places after his incident on 10rd round to enter the top 10.
- Under yellow flag, the second segment went to an opportunistic Joey Logano. This race sequence was once again very lively and marked by the exits of Aric Almirola, Josh Berry, Christopher Bell and Kyle Busch.
- The last segment of the race started on the same basis with the exit of Ty Gibbs. The young driver managed to avoid the wall but completely destroyed his car by trying to bring it back to the pits too quickly... The profession must return!

- In bulk, Noah Gragson and Erik Jones pulled out all the stops to bring the yellow flag count to 11.
- Noah Gragson and Ross Chastain did the fist bump after the finish. The NASCAR spirit is not dead.
