It is an exceptional meeting which awaits this weekend the 129 drivers entered in the fifth race of Lamera Cup 2021. Divided into 26 crews, they will compete this Saturday afternoon during a 30-hour race and one lap, the longest endurance event in the history of the Lamera Cup.

After two hours of free practice where Continental Racing (Fargier, Maire, Billet, Coue) highlighted itself by setting the best time of the session, the Auto Leclerc by Asphalte team showed itself to be the most efficient. of the qualifying session. Thanks to a time of 1.59.075, the Orgeval, Gruau, Soave, Bouvet, Casals crew is ahead of Continental Racing and the ETC Racing 1 team (Dorchy, Autajon, Germes, Loy. Faced with a turbo problem, the Lamera ETC Racing 2 (Parsa, Dufour, Millara, Demigneux), leading the general classification before this event, was unable to take part in the qualifying session. It will therefore start from the 26th and last position.

Seventh on the grid, the Scania France crew (Darne, Guignard, Panon, Jimenez, Jean-Luc and Benoit Portmann) ranks first in the Pro-Am category. The JCL Scania team (Nasser Al-Attiyah's co-driver Mathieu Baumel, Haussberger, Deep, Provost, Martins), 10th overall, posted the best performance in the Gentleman category.
