Bertrand Balas: “Valencia, the ideal circuit for the final”

Bertrand Balas continues to share with pleasure the No. 26 Scania car and his experience as part of the Pro-Am crew that he forms sometimes with regulars, sometimes with people who discover the race via the Lamera Cup.

While the various competitors battle on the track to ideally place their Lamera on the starting grid for this Saturday (start at 15:10 p.m.) then on Sunday (start at 9:30 a.m.), the jack-of-all-trades of French motorsport described the circuit to us Ricardo Tormo:

« I haven't put a wheel on it since 2000., smiles the Grenoblois. At the time, it was the last race of the BMW Z3 challenge as part of the French GT4 championship. I remember that we beat the Jabouille-Blegny crew there.

This circuit, specially designed to accommodate motorcycles, offers great clearances. The track is very technical with many fairly long curves where it is not easy to find the rope. There are quite a few supporting turns. You should never relax your concentration. There are also quite a few slopes.

So many elements that involve fine, delicate piloting. I'm delighted that the Lamera Cup will be here for the last race of the season.

I, who have great admiration for the pilots of the MotoGP, I will appreciate even more the show they will offer on November 25 and 26. »

Bertrand Balas will not be the only one!
