C2: Second victory in F3 for Schumacher

Three weeks after his first victory at Spa, Mick Schumacher did it again at Silverstone.

Starting for the first time in his career from pole position, Fabio Scherer (Motopark) lost his advantage from the start against Mick Schumacher (Prema Racing). The Swiss found himself defending for the majority of the race on his teammate Jüri Vips.

Ten minutes from the checkered flag, the Estonian managed to pass his teammate and chased his former F4 teammate for victory. Then, a few minutes from the end of the race, Scherer was forced to stop on the track.

Finally, Mick Schumacher won for the second time in F3 in front of the Motopark of Jüri Vips and Jonathan Aberdein. Enaam Ahmed (Hitech GP) confirms his form with a 4th position ahead of Marcus Armstrong (Prema Racing). Guan Yu Zhou (Prema Racing) finished 6th ahead of Dan Ticktum (Motopark) who was 12th at the end of the first lap.

Sacha fenestraz (Carlin) must be content with an 8th place while the Prema Racing of Robert Shwartzman and Ralf Aron complete the top 10. Note that two investigations are targeting Dan Ticktum, one for contact on Ralf Aron and the other for failure to respect track limits when overtaking Fenestraz.
