Author of his first pole position in Formula Renault at Magny-Cours, Caio Collet (R-ace GP) doubled the lead this Sunday at Zandvoort. The Brazilian managed the conditions and the time perfectly to give himself one last lap on a track that was only drying out.
The Renault driver beat Victor Martins (ART Grand Prix), deprived of a sixth pole and especially a fifth in the last six qualifications. But the French driver, once again very solid, will start on the front row and try to surprise his rival when the lights go out.
The ART Grand Prix driver will certainly be able to count on the help of his teammates since Paul Aron and Grégoire Saucy qualified 3rd and 4th. Third in the championship, David Vidales (JD Motorsport) will only start in 10th position.
Second at mid-session, Hadrien David could not do better than 15th, 24 hours after having signed the best qualification of his season (5th). He will start just ahead of his compatriot Reshad de Gerus (Arden).
