There's no stopping Pierre-Louis Chovet. The Frenchman had narrowly regained the lead in the championship on Saturday thanks to his victory in race 1. Now he is almost a race ahead. Chovet actually won his fourth success this season on Sunday morning, starting from pole position.
He beat the Chinese Guanyu-Zhou, who becomes his runner-up in the championship, and the Swede Dino Beganovic. Jehan Daruvala, uncompromising at the start of the week, this time had a difficult race which he finished in sixth place.
In an event marked by two neutralizations, the Frenchman Isack Hadjar, who started in third position, had to abandon after a collision. A total of six cars retired in this race, including third Frenchman Alexandre Bardinon.
