F3-C1: Lance Stroll takes a first victory

Quadruple in qualifying with pole position for champion Felix Rosenqvist and quadruple in racing with the first victory in the discipline of Canadian Lance stroll, the Hockenheim weekend is off to a perfect start for the Prema Powerteam team – Mercedes.

If Rosenqvist had retained the advantage of his pole from the start, Stroll will immediately go on the attack at the start of the event to take first place, just before the intervention of the safety car, to evacuate several cars involved in various incidents during the first lap.

At the restart, Stroll is ahead of Rosenqvist, and his two other teammates Jake Dennis and Maximilian Günther, second on the grid, but author of a missed start. Dennis will finally succeed in getting rid of Rosenqvist to freeze the quadruplet of the Italian team.

Alexander Sims (HiTech? Mercedes) completes the top 5 after a good fight with Antonio Giovinazzi (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin – Volkswagen). George Russell (Carlin? Volkswagen), Charles Leclerc (Van Amersfoort Racing? Volkswagen), Markus Pommer (Motopark? Volkswagen) and Santino Ferruci (Mücke Motorsport? Mercedes) climb into the top 10.
