Italian Antonio Giovinazzi won the second race of the F3 European Championship at Hockenheim.

F3-C2: Antonio Giovinazzi wins in Germany

After the Prema Powerteam quadruple? Mercedes during the first Hockenheim race this morning, Antonio Giovinazzi (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin? Volkswagen) broke the domination of the Italian team this Saturday afternoon in Germany.

Author of pole position, the Italian got the best start ahead of Jake Dennis and Felix Rosenqvist, before the successive double intervention of the safety car to initially cause Alex to go off the track. Albon (Signature? Volkswagen) then Nabil Jeffri (Motopark? Volkswagen).

Giovinazzi will resist the pressure from Rosenqvist, spending time in second position against his teammate Dennis, who will regain his position at the end of the race. The Jagonya Ayam with Carlin driver crosses the line as winner for the sixth time this year and secures second place in the championship. Dennis and Rosenqvist complete the podium.

Maximilian Günther (Prema Powerteam) finished 4th ahead of Alexander Sims (HiTech? Mercedes) who entered the top 5. The last race of the season will take place tomorrow at 10:45 a.m.
