F3-C2: The first for Jaafar at Brands Hatch

Jazeman Jaafar may have started from pole in Race 2 by taking advantage of the reverse grid, but the Carlin driver's race was not a walk in the park as he was never able to create a lead over its competitors. The Malaysian resisted attacks from Felix Rosenqvist (Mücke Motorsport) before the Swede dropped down the standings by starting on the grass. Sven Müller (Prema Powerteam) then replaced the Swede until he reached the finish line, which he crossed with only three tenths behind. Pascal Wehrlein (Mücke Motorsport) takes the last step of the podium after losing contact with the leaders.

Michael Lewis (Prema Powerteam) fails in fourth position after getting on the podium in Race 1. Felix Rosenqvist (Mücke Motorsport) completes the top five, narrowly ahead Carlos Sainz Jr (Carlin) after losing several positions while trying to take the lead of the race. Raffaele Marciello (Prema Powerteam), winner of Race 1, secured seventh place. After completely missing his start, Daniel Juncadella (Prema Powerteam) had to settle for 12th place.
