F3 – Rosenqvist takes all the poles at the Nürburgring

Felix rosenqvist (Prema Powerteam) won all the qualifications of the F3 European Championship at the Nürburgring (Germany) by being the fastest in the two qualifying sessions.

With a time of 1'21"126, the Championship leader who celebrated his 14th pole in the discipline will start in front George Russell (Pug) and Nick cassidy (Prema Powerteam), while Callum ilott (Pug) and Jake dennis (Prema Powerteam) complete the top five. Charles Leclerc (Van Amersfoort Racing) will start from sixth place in front Antonio Giovinazzi (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin) while they are the main opponents of the title favorite.

Felix rosenqvist won the other two poles in the second session where he set his best lap a few hundredths off his benchmark. George Russell came closest again beating on the wire Lance stroll (Prema Powerteam), but the Swede managed to secure the first row of the grid for Race 3.

Jake dennis will start in fourth and fifth position for the last two races of the weekend while Charles Leclerc will start from the seventh row each time. Antonio Giovinazzi finished in fifth and fourth place.

However, the poleman's rivals will be able to benefit from the penalty imposed on George Russell following an engine change. The Briton received a ten-place grid penalty for the three races.

The first two races will be contested this Saturday, September 26 at 12:05 p.m. and 17:40 p.m., while the start of the last will be given on Sunday 27 at 10:45 a.m.
