C1: Aron leads a Prema quadruple

The whole race was decided at the start when Ralph Aron, part 2e, takes off better than his teammate Prema Guan Yu Zhou who starts from pole position. On a track where it is difficult to overtake, even with a strong aero load, the positions quickly solidify despite the very small gaps between the cars.

The Estonian takes a second victory this season after Pau and leads three of his teammates, namely Guan Yu Zhou and Mick Schumacher for the podium, and Marcus Armstrong, 4e and rookie winner.

The New Zealander finishes ahead of his championship rival Dan Ticktum who allows Motopark to take a group shot from 5e the 7e position since the pilot Red Bull ahead of rookies Jüri Vips and Jonathan Aberdein.

Robert Shwartzman concludes the success for Prema by getting into the points in 8e position while the Hitech GP of Ben Hingeley and Alex Palou completed the top 10 in a race without incident or retirement. Sacha fenestraz (Carlin) was unable to progress during the race and ranks 17e.
