C2: Fenestraz keeps a cool head and wins in Pau

The local media put it on the front page of the daily newspapers and were left speechless. Sacha fenestraz (Carlin), the only Frenchman entered in the European Championship of Formula 3, won Race 2 of the Pau Grand Prix (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) on Sunday morning, the scene of the launch of the 2018 season. The protégé of the Renault Sport Academy had a lot to do to preserve its pole position advantage. Threatened by a Fabio Scherer (Motopark) particularly offensive, the two men touched each other in the Lycée hairpin. The German ended up making a mistake at the start of the Foch corner.
