Eurocup: the grand slam for Victor Martins

Since his arrival on the circuit in Barcelona on Monday, Victor Martins (ART Grand Prix) has only one word on his mouth: break. After scoring the same number of points as Caio Collet in the last two Formula rounds Renault, the French driver managed to create a small gap with his Brazilian rival, thanks to his victory in race 2 ahead of the R-ace GP driver and ahead of Franco Colapinto (MP Motorsport).

Victor Martins therefore leaves Barcelona with a 16-point lead at the top of the championship. It could even have been even more if Caio Collet, starting from 4th position, had not made a thunderous start, seizing 2nd place from the first corner.

For his part, the Frenchman Hadrien David took a good 6th position, twenty-four hours after achieving his first Top 5. The reigning French F4 champion took advantage of numerous collisions and some great maneuvers to achieve a great comeback. from 14th place. He leaves Barcelona in the Top 10 in the championship.
