F3 – C1: Norris dominates his subject

The race was immediately interrupted by a safety car following a collision between Guan Yu Zhou (Prema) and Ralf Aron (Hitech) with David Beckmann (Motopark), collateral victim of this collision who found himself overturned in Tarzan's gravel trap. The German was able to escape alone from his car and the race can continue for 22 minutes.

The nature of the Dutch circuit does not invite overtaking, the hierarchy is not disrupted and Lando Norris (Carlin) takes off after being threatened at the restart by Joel Eriksson (Motopark) who cannot follow the infernal pace imposed by the Englishman. Maximilian Günther (Prema) saves a third place in front of Ferdinand Habsourg (Carlin), big loser from the incident at the first corner which puts him back 4 places before moving up 2.

Callum Ilott (Prema) finishes in 5the place far in front of a train led by Mick Schumacher (Prema). Pedro Piquet (Van Amersfoort) goes back to 7e position ahead of Jake Hughes (Hitech). Jehan Daruvala (Carlin) and Harriszon Newey (Van Amersfoort) complete the top 10.
