Starting once again from pole position, Callum ilott (Prema) had no problems this time to take off at the front of the race. He easily dominated his subject and his teammates, to the point of finishing 11 seconds ahead of Maximilian Günther and 14 over Guan Yu Zhou. This hat-trick from the Italian team gives Prema Powerteam its 7e team title in a row F3.
Joel Eriksson (Motopark) finished just off the podium, 6 tenths behind the Chinese rider. As they cross the line in 5e and 6e Instead, Pedro Piquet (VAR) and Tadasuke Makino (Hitech GP) are both fined 5 seconds for poor grid placement. They are finally ranked respectively 7e and 9e.
The Hitech GP of Jake Hughes and Nikita mazepin finish 5e and 6e while Jehan Daruvala (Carlin) 9e by being the best rookie. Ralf Aron (Hitech GP) completes a top 10 including Lando Norris (Carlin) is absent, the new F3 champion having lost many places in the first round and finally finishing 11e.
