F3-C2: Russell winner in style

George Russell (HitechGP) fought tooth and nail to take victory in Race 2 of the F3 European Championship in Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium). The Briton started from pole before falling in the standings on the Kemmel straight, but he subsequently recovered by managing to return to second place and overtake Jöel Eriksson (Motopark) to take back the lead.

The driver of the No. 12 finally won with a lead of more than seven seconds over the Swede, while Mikkel Jensen (Mücke Motorsport) completed the podium ahead of Anthoine Hubert (Van Amersfoort Racing) who recovered well. after his mishap in Race 1.

The Frenchman beat his teammates Callum Ilott and Pedro Piquet who all took the lead over Maximilian Günther, the only Prema Powerteam driver in the top ten.
