F3-C3: Marciello excluded, Auer recovers victory

Raffaele Marciello thought he had signed the double at Brands Hatch by winning Race 3. But the Championship leader was excluded from the event, handing victory on the green carpet to his teammate Lucas Auer.

Raffaele Marciello will not achieve a double this weekend at Brands Hatch. The resident of the Ferrari Driver Academy was excluded from Race 3 for an infringement of the technical regulations relating to transmission ratios. As a result, his teammate Lucas Auer inherited the victory ahead of Harry Tincknell and Felix Rosenqvist who finally managed to reduce the gap on the Championship leader.

However, the Prema Powerteam driver is still far from being worried despite this scoreless score. The resident of the Carlin stable is still 80,5 points behind while Lucas Auer is 11 points behind the Swede.
