F3 – Felix Serralles will have another chance with West-Tec

Felix Serralles has been confirmed within the West-Tec team next year to compete in his second season in F3 European Championship. The 21-year-old Puerto Rican will be one to watch as he has solid experience in car. After joining Fortec Motorsport while competing in the Eurocup Formula peloton Renault 2.0 and the British FR 2.0, the native of Ponce distinguished himself by finishing in third place in the British F3 while competing in several F3 Euro Series events and entering the prestigious Macau Grand Prix.

His first season in the F3 European Championship ended with an 11th place after experiencing a second half of the season that was more difficult than the first. Felix Serralles will aim for more regular results with West-Tec, obviously trying to create a surprise after having had a first year dominated by the duel between Raffaele Marciello and Félix Rosenqvist. “I've had a great two years but it's time to open a new chapter in my sporting career. The West-Tec team is very professional and I am sure that they will offer me a competitive car to fight for victories and podiums”, commented the new recruit of the team.
