F4 – Ralf Schumacher becomes Team Principal

Ralf Schumacher became the Team Principal of HTP Junior Team Ungar, the champion team of the first season of ADAC F4 with Marvin Dienst. Gerhard Ungar, the team principal, wanted to join forces with the former driver Williams that he experienced during his time in DTM. This former engineer was at the origin of the design of racing cars Mercedes who shone in the German touring car discipline.

“We have always had the objective of building a team together and helping young talents and we decided this year to manage a team together”, commented Ralf Schumacher. “We believe it is important to provide a good platform for young drivers and that is why we want to expand our young program beyond ADAC F4 in the near future. »

Ralf Schumacher previously led the ADAC Kart Masters after stopping competition in 2012.
