The second race of the Formula weekend Renault Eurocup in Monza (Italy) will start around 13:30 p.m. The violent showers have soaked the Italian track and the event could start behind the Safety Car.
During qualifying a little earlier Sunday morning, it was the Russian Alexander Smolyar (R-ace GP) who took pole position. Several drivers were penalized for having achieved their best lap under yellow flags, namely Caio Collet (R-ace GP) and Callan O'Keefe (FA Racing). The Belgian Ugo de Wilde (JD Motorsport), Saturday winner of the first race of the season, will start from 13th place.
