The W Series made its selection at the end of which 18 drivers were selected to compete in the single-seater championship reserved for women.

The W Series revealed the 18 selected drivers

The four days of testing allowed the organizers of the W Series to select the 18 drivers who will compete in the first season of the single-seater championship reserved for women. There were 28 of them claiming a seat at the start of the selections organized on the Almeria circuit (Spain) on the Tatuus F-318 F3 which will be used during the races.

“It was a much tougher selection than we could have hoped as the level was tight in the group, comments David Couthard, advisor to the W Series management. The learning curve has been very impressive to observe and this is what we need to see with those who have relatively little experience of car but who have natural talent. »
