Motopark will enter Super Formula

The Motopark team which evolved in F3 European Championship with 2nd place acquired this year will expand its activities by competing in Super Formula next year. The German structure will work hand in hand with B-Max under the entity “B-Max with Motopark” when the new SF Dallara makes its entry into the discipline.

“We want to establish ourselves as regular contenders for the top positions in Super Formula by joining forces and experiences, commented Timo Rumpfkeil, director of Motopark. This Championship is truly fascinating and very competitive. You just have to look at the cars to see what we're dealing with. They weigh 600kg, they have more than 550hp and are only a second away from F1 on a circuit like Suzuka. »

“We are aware of the challenges to face when arriving in Super Formula. But at the same time, the introduction of a new car will make everyone start from scratch.", added Timo Rumpfkeil.

B-Max will also receive support from Motopark to compete in Japanese F3.
