La F3 will experience a revolution next year by moving from European to international status by replacing the GP3 Series. At the same time, the FIA will set up a regional F3 which will, as with F4, be open to several chassis and engine manufacturers. Each series will nevertheless be one-make with a single supplier of chassis, engines and tires.
Mygale thus presented his project with the F3R Mygale, which will mark his return to the discipline after Ricardo Agostini's title won five years ago in the Italian Championship.
This new car, produced in partnership with AERH, has larger dimensions than the current F3 (it is also lower). The clearest difference is the presence of the Halo in the cockpit. HP Composite was in charge of the monocoque.
The F3R Mygale will be powered by an Oreca turbo engine capable of developing 270hp according to the standards required by the FIA.
