He was undoubtedly the fastest driver of the weekend. Winner of race 1, then race 2 before being demoted to 4th position due to a penalty, Patrik Pasma (KIC Motorsport) signed a double by also winning the last race of the weekend at Monza this Sunday, ahead of Gianluca Petecof (Prema) and his teammate Konsta Lappalainen (KIC Motorsport).
The Finnish driver managed to overtake pole-sitter Arthur Leclerc at the end of the pit straight at the start of the second lap. Behind, the Monegasque tumbled down the rankings, then overtaken by Petecof, Rasmussen, Lappalainen and Chovet. Charles' brother struggled with his tires, which suffered particularly in race 2. He finished 6th.
After losing the championship lead in race 2 by a small point compared to Gianluca Petecof, Arthur Leclerc is now eleven points behind his Brazilian teammate. For his part, Frenchman Pierre-Louis Chovet, author of a superb podium (3rd) in race 2, took 5th place in race 3, after putting a lot of pressure on Oliver Rasmussen (4th) in the final laps .
