At the end of the second day of F3 Euro Series testing in Valencia, Roberto Merhi (Manor Motorsport) set the best time ahead of Jules Bianchi (ART Grand Prix) and Atte Mustonen (Motopark Academy).

Roberto Merhi takes the lead

During this last day of collective testing before the start of the season at Hockenheim, most of the best times were achieved during the morning.

Roberto Merhi achieved the best performance before the break: “This is my fourth day of testing in F3 Euro Series. I'm starting to have good feelings in the car. I was at the front every day and I was the fastest here in Valencia. I will leave for Germany with the certainty of being able to win. »

The 18-year-old Spaniard was the only driver to go under the 1'27" mark ahead of Frenchman Jules Bianchi and Finnish Atte Mustonen.

Brendon Hartley (Carlin Motorsport) ranks fourth with the first Volkswagen engine ahead Valtteri Bottas (ART Grand Prix).

First race on May 16 at Hockenheim.
