Sophia Flörsch left the operating room

Serious accident during the main race of the FIA ​​World Cup F3, the Munich native underwent an 11-hour operation to treat, among other things, a fracture of the 7th cervical vertebra, according to the weekly's website Der Spiegel who is in contact with his father Alexander. 

Earlier in the day, a tweet published on his official account reported a deliberately slow intervention by the medical team at the Conde S. Januário Hospital in Macau in order to avoid any risk of complications. 

After this operation, Sophia Flörsch is expected to remain under observation in hospital for at least a week.
