Same mix on the German side of Mücke Motorsport with the experienced Christian Vietoris and Sam Bird and the rookies Marco Wittmann and Alexander Sims.

After a successful first season in the category, SG Formula places its confidence in Jon Lancaster and Henkie Waldschmidt and advances Italian Andrea Caldarelli from Formula Renault 2.0 towards F3.

Carlin Motorsport will enter two single-seaters for the New Zealander Brendon Hartley and rookie Jake Rosenweig.
