Onroak unveils its Formula 3 dedicated to the United States

It is on the occasion of the Grand Prix of Formula 1 in Austin (Texas) on Thursday that the French manufacturer lifted the veil on its latest creation, the Ligier Crawford JS F3.

The Onroak Automotive workshops, based in North Carolina, took over the single-seater program from Crawford Composites at the end of 2016. The Ligier Crawford JS F3 is the first model built by the French company in collaboration with Crawford Composites, in anticipation of the new championship F3 Americas for next year.

On the technical side, the engine is a 2-liter Honda specially developed by HPD for the F3 Americas. Pirelli will supply the tires. The chassis is entirely made of carbon, and we note the appearance of the safety halo, like the 1 version of F2018.
