SS12: Neuville gets closer to victory

Thierry Neuville signs his 8th scratch of the Tour de Corse. Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) falls from 3rd to 8th place after suffering a puncture.

Thierry Neuville extends his lead over his direct rival Jan Kopecky (Skoda) to 16??5, with only two special stages remaining before the arrival of the Tour de Corse. Jan Kopecky follows the pace of the Belgian but fails to reduce the gap on the leader.

Andreas Mikkelsen fell from 8th to 3rd place, after a puncture on his Skoda Fabia S2000. “ I don?t know what happened. However, I didn't cut the corners too much. It's a question of luck or bad luck. »

Freddy Loix thus regains 3rd place and is now pursued by Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot ), who took over Pierre Campana (Peugeot).

There are only two stages left to go. The crews leave for service before going to the start of SS13 which will be given at 18:48 p.m.
