The champion puts his title back on the line. Hayden Paddon, crowned European rally champion in ERC last year, will defend his crown in 2024. The New Zealander confirmed on Tuesday his commitment to another full ERC campaign this season at the wheel of the Hyundai i20 Rally2, in addition to its program for the New Zealand championship with an i20 AP4.
The 36-year-old driver, author of six podiums in seven events (including one victory) during the 2023 championship, will still be accompanied by the BRC Racing Team, and will drive under the colors of Hyundai NZ and Hyundai Motorsport.
