Jan Kopecky retains the lead of Barum Rally Zlin. The Czech has slightly increased his lead but he still remains under threat from competition.

Jan Kopecky maintains the advantage at Barum

Jan Kopecky is not looking to take any unnecessary risks, but the favorite contender for the Barum Rally Zlin must still show a strong pace to stand up to the competition which is still so grouped together. Only Guy Wilks (Peugeot ) and Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) gave up following punctures.

Juho Hänninen (Skoda) is now the Czech's closest pursuer. The Championship leader remains less than 20 seconds behind his teammate at the end of the first stage. The fight for third place is still as close as ever between Freddy Loix (Skoda) and Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot). The Belgian maintains the advantage over the Frenchman for a handful of seconds.

Thierry Neuville (Peugeot) marks the occasion by accusing the Frenchman by almost a minute and a half. The winner of the Tour de Corse is in fifth place but Andreas Mikkelsen is less than 20 seconds behind.

The crews will leave tomorrow for the last six stages of the Barum Rally. The start of the last day will be given at 8:33 a.m.
