Kris Meeke happy in the face of adversity

The IRC championship has recorded several reinforcements in recent days for the next rounds of the series. Nasser Al-Attiyah and Andreas Mikkelsen with Skoda, Martin Prokop with Ford, the candidates for victory are multiplying, while Kris Meeke is determined to confirm his title despite going off the road at Rally Monte Carlo. The Northern Irishman welcomes these arrivals.

« It?s great for the IRC that there are more new drivers, and different cars, confides the pilot Peugeot UK. We know that Mikkelsen is fast and that Nasser will be very strong, especially in Argentina. Then there is Martin Prokop (junior world champion), who will do three rallies in the Fiesta. This is one more reason to rejoice as far as I am concerned. »

However, the drivers named by Kris Meeke will not be present for the next IRC rally, which will take place from March 4 to 6 in Brazil.
