After winning its first victories and its first titles in 2021, in Finland with Emil Lindholm and on gravel in Italy with Paolo Andreucci, MRF has decided to further intensify its involvement in ERC.

In recent years, two cars from different brands have been competing in European rallies, but the strategy has changed within the Indian team in view of the year 2022. This season, no less than three crews will be entered across all 8 meetings and they will all compete in a Skoda Fabia WRC2 Evo.

To exploit them, the Madras manufacturer will trust the Italian Simone Campedelli who already wore these colors in 2021, the Spaniard Efren Llarena and the Hungarian Norbert Herczig. The latter two are specialists in this competition, but they will discover MRF products.

This cosmopolitan squad will be at the start of the opening event of the championship run in the Fafe region in Portugal (March 10-13).
