Neuville remains in the lead at the Tour de Corse

The Belgian seems to be at ease on the winding roads of Corsica since he achieved the two best times and is logically at the top of the ranking. Jan Kopecky tries to keep up with the pilot Peugeot but he is having difficulty finding the right set-up on his Fabia S2000. “ We made some adjustments to the car but it?s not any better. We may return to the previous set-up », Explains the Czech pilot.

Bryan Bouffier is on the lookout on his 207 S2000 and places 3rd at the end of the first stage, just ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen (+1??4). “ We tried to find the right rhythm. We drove without taking any risks and I am satisfied with this first day », Comments the Skoda driver.

Freddy Loix (Skoda) took 5th place from Guy Wilks (Peugeot) by only 0??4, but the Briton remains satisfied with his performance at the end of SS2. “ We are now on a good pace. We made a few changes to the car, but nothing major », Comments the Peugeot driver.

In 7th and 8th places, we find two Peugeot drivers. The Frenchman Pierre Campana is 14??6 ahead of the Portuguese Bruno Magalhaes and is only 5??4 behind Guy Wilks. “ We are satisfied with this first day, the feeling is good. I learned a lot about the car », Comments the Bastiais.
