The entry list for the 12 Hours of Sebring currently shows 58 cars, with 13 LMP1, 5 LMP2, 19 GTE Pro, 5 GTE AM, 8 LMPC and 8 LMGTC.
No surprises among the premier category, but we can't wait to see the new one roll Aston Martin AMR-One. Peugeot is the big favorite with its new 908, but will have to be wary of the two more official Audi R15s, or even the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP of Team Oreca Matmut.
Behind, Aston Martin, Rebellion, Highcroft, Dyson and Oak will try to do well.
In LMP2, note the absence of an HPD chassis (formerly Acura) for the first time since 2007. Signatech Nissan will debut its Oreca 03 and will have to thwart the plans of the Level 5 team whose Lola, powered by HPD, could prove to be formidable.
Finally, in GTE, it is surprising to see AF Corse and its trio Fisichella-Bruni-Kaffer present themselves with a Ferrari 430 and not a 458.
Of all the competitors entered in ILMC, if the absences of Hope Racing and the Lotus were expected, those of the CRS Racing F430 and the F458 were on the other hand less predictable. The French team will, however, be present with the Deletraz-Makowiecki-Ortelli crew.
